We'd like to introduce Good Shepherd Lutheran Church to you. We are a church which believes that God has revealed His love to us through His Son Jesus Christ and we would welcome the opportunity to tell you more about this good news and to have you share in our fellowship.

All that we believe, teach, and confess is drawn from the pages of Holy Scripture alone.

We believe:

"All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." (Rom 3:23)

"The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Rom 6:23)

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." (John 3:16)

"The blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin." (I Jn 1:7)

"It is by grace you have been saved, through faith-- and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God-- not by works, so that no one can boast."
(Eph 2:8-9) So that…

"You may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light." (1 Pet 2:9)

Furthermore, we believe that Christ is truly present with us still today through the mysteries of His Word and the Sacraments, Baptism & the Lord's Supper. Our weekly worship together reflects this belief, reverence, and joy.

It is our desire to reach out with this life-changing message within our community and throughout the world as Good Shepherd sponsors a variety of education and mission opportunities at home and abroad.
